Craigroyston Community High School will continue to operate with our online Pupil Tracking system. This new system has been adopted by all schools in the City of Edinburgh and will be the way in which we communicate pupil progress going forward. This section of the website will give you information and guidance on this Reporting system. This will include:

  • What will be contained in a pupils Report
  • When Reports will be distributed
  • How to access the Reports online

If you have any queries regarding this, please contact the school via email (admin@craigroyston.edin.sch.uk).

All S1-6 pupils will have received a paper copy of the instructions for setting up their Pupil Tracking account as well as information with what is included in their Reports going forward. Please make sure you have used these letters to set up your online account and are aware of what will be reported on. An email will also have been sent to the main parent/carer contact with the login details for setting up your Pupil Tracking account. This can simply be done, by clicking on the link provided within it.

Information on how to create your online account can also be found below “How to access Reports online”.

As a school we will also hold support sessions in school from the week beginning 29.9.25. These will be held on Monday-Thursday from 3.45-4.15pm.

If anyone is struggling to set up their account or needs a new copy of the individual letter with the details required to set up the account, the school will support with this.

These sessions will be in held in one of our Computing suites. Parents/Carers should wait at reception before being escorted to the classroom.
