Welcome to the Mathematics & Numeracy department. In S1 to S3 pupils are learning the experiences from A Curriculum For Excellence, this includes skills from these areas:
• Number, money & measure.
• Shape, position & movement.
• Information handling.
In the department we also have an embedded numeracy programme to help aid the develop children’s numeracy skills whatever their level.
In classes we are actively engaged in promoting pupils’ confidence in their own ability and strive for all pupils to achieve their potential.
