Dear Parents and Carers,

Benmore Residential: 4 – 6 November

We are very much looking forward to our upcoming residential trip to Benmore from Tuesday 4th November to Thursday 6th November.

  • Departure: Leaving school at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday 4th November
  • Return: Leaving Benmore at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 6th November

Pupils will arrive back at school around lunchtime on Thursday 6th November. They are permitted to go home for the rest of the day and should not return to classes that afternoon.

Please ensure your child arrives at school on the morning of Tuesday 4th November with their bag packed and ready. All clothing should be old and suitable for outdoor activities, as it is likely to get wet and muddy.

Packing List

  • 8–10 pairs of socks
  • 4+ sets of underwear (plus spares)
  • 4–5 long-sleeve warm tops
  • 8 t-shirts
  • 3–4 pairs of joggers or leggings (no jeans, please)
  • 2 pairs of old trainers
  • Toiletries
  • Pyjamas
  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Plastic bag (for dirty clothes)
  • Gloves and hat

Important Information

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you to arrange for your child to be collected. Please ensure you have identified a suitable driver who could be available, just in case this situation arises.
